Focus Groups
Focus Groups
We work with Camillus Consulting to provide focus group services for litigators. The biggest mistake trial lawyers can make is believing they know how the jury will react to certain evidence. It happens to all trial lawyers. But, left unchecked, a litigator can develop a confirmation bias that prevents objective analyses of evidence and arguments. Great trial lawyers cannot afford to find out they were wrong about the strength of their evidence or arguments after the verdict is returned. We administer focus groups to help lawyers answer questions before trial, about how jurors may view their evidence and arguments. Often, a focus group will answer questions that the lawyers did not even know existed. For high value cases, focus groups have become an essential tool in the tool box of successful trial lawyers.
